Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
• Manage commercial collections across transportation and equipment leasing accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent balances
• Monitor aging reports and track account activity
• Execute full-cycle collections from outreach to escalation
• Partner with internal teams on account resolution and recovery
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
• 5+ years of collections experience
• Experience in commercial or asset-based collections (transportation, banking, construction, or finance)
• Strong negotiation and phone communication abilities
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
