Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support corporate accounting operations while gaining valuable experience in sales and use tax, multi-entity accounting, and financial reporting. • Prepare collections reporting and consolidate AP data for leadership reporting.
• Process sales and use tax filings across multiple states and jurisdictions.
• Serve as a resource for regional teams on AP/AR transactions and accounting questions.
• Process shared corporate expenses, including legal, insurance, rent, and other recurring payments.
• Support multi-entity accounting activities and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Experience preparing sales and use tax filings is strongly preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and reporting.
