Senior Accountant

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + Bonus Eligibility
Location: Arvada, CO – Fully Onsite

What You’ll Do as a Senior Accountant:

Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
Coordinate audit schedules and support external audits
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve workflows
Serve as a key accounting resource and take on expanded responsibilities as the team grows

What We’re Looking for in a Senior Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong month-end close, journal entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting experience
Experience in a high-volume, transaction-driven environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Interest in continued growth and future leadership opportunities
