As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative environment.

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with a strong background in construction and/or manufacturing accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Accounts receivable and Accounts payable as this position splits their time in both seats. This is a full-time position.

• Monthly billing for Direct/Dealer/Service projects.
• AR Collections, follow up payment status calls.
• Update systems with notes.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, billing schedules, and lien requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, service coordinator support accurate billing, and collections.
• Route invoices for proper approval in accordance with internal controls.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers.
• Reconcile Vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Customer and Vendor set up.
• Support month-end close processes.
• Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed.
• Backup to Receptionist.

• 1-3+ years of experience in accounting within the construction and/or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency ERP system and Quick Books Online (strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Pay Range $26.50 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience).
