Job DescriptionThis position will assist with the various aspects of the Aquatic Branch outreach programs. This position will function as a contact for angling program requests from Master Angler submissions and other requests from CPW staff.
Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to emails for the Master Anglers program.
- Monitor the website for Master Angler submissions.
- Approve or deny submissions based on Administrative Policies and Directives.
- Create and send out all approved Master Angler awards.
- Assist with Org Charts, fish survey data entry and analysis, creel data entry and analysis, and other aquatic projects.
- Other duties include administrative work maintaining programs and databases.
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Qualifications- Previous experience performing administrative duties outlined above.
- Possesses strong interpersonal communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications.
- At least 6 months experience performing data entry, with accurate typing ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
