Position: UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR with Security Clearance
Duties
* Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
* Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
* Serves as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military personnel issues.
* Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Selectee is expected to be granted with and/or maintain the appropriate security clearance required for the position.
* Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise.
* This is a designated position that requires consent and thereafter be subject to and successfully complete, an initial, periodic, and random counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph examination as a condition of employment.
* This position may require drug testing and the candidate may be subject to passing a drug test upon selection.
* May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assignments.
* May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.

* Relocation costs or other incentives may be available and considered by the organization.

* Selectee may be required to serve a probationary or trial period.

More information on PCS requirements, may be found at:  Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the experience or educational substitution requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Clerical and Administrative Support Positions.

SPECIALIZED

EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband (NK-I or GS-04) in Federal service or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience includes planning and organizing management programs and functions of an organization such as cybersecurity liaison (CL), personnel assignments, decorations, awards, promotions, special programs, security, unit recognition programs; assisting/supporting military and civilian personnel issues and manpower resource requirements;

knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents; problem analysis, problem resolutions, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems; plan, organize work, and meet deadlines. OR

EDUCATION:

Successfully completed four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position.

5. Ability to gather, analyze and present facts, communicate effectively, using tact and courtesy and posses the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.
