Duties
* Serves as the squadron's primary point of contact for all personnel and manpower actions
* Oversees all squadron administrative functions. Manages official correspondence, reviewing all outgoing staff packages, reports, and documents for proper formatting, grammar, and compliance with Air Force and Space Force directives.
* Provides administrative support for the squadron's deployment and readiness programs.
* Manages the squadron's newcomer integration and sponsorship program to ensure a smooth transition for all arriving personnel. Requirements Conditions of employment

Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience or educational substitution requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions here under the heading Clerical and Administrative Support Positions.
SPECIALIZED
EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NK-01, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-04 or equivalent in the Federal Service. Specialized experience must include examples of managing personnel and manpower programs (e.g., performance evaluations, awards, manning documents); overseeing administrative and correspondence management (e.g., official correspondence, records management, office procedures); and providing administrative support for readiness and deployment programs.

EDUCATION:
Successfully completed four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of military personnel program management to include managing performance reports, awards, decorations, and other personnel actions.
2. Knowledge of military administrative, correspondence, and records management standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Skill in using a variety of military personnel and administrative software systems and databases, such as MyVector, Task Management Tool (TMT), and the Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to provide guidance, prepare correspondence, and present briefings to all levels of the organization.
5. Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulations and data to provide recommendations on personnel and administrative matters.
6. Knowledge of readiness and deployment administrative support functions, including familiarity with the Global Force Management (GFM) or a similar force generation process.
7. Knowledge of the organizational and functional responsibilities and operations of a military organization.
8. Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets,…
