The Faricy Boys Ford in Canon City is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, sales, and customer service. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Recommend necessary services based on vehicle inspections
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
  • Upsell additional services or products as needed
    • Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive service or sales
  • Knowledge of automotive repair, diesel engine repair, and mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and auto service management
  • Strong sales skills to promote services and products
  • Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics and other team members
