• Monday-Friday Schedule (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare estimates and recommend needed services.
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
• Monitor repair progress and quality control.
• Manage inventory and parts coordination.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

• Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor or Service Manager experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Automotive technical knowledge and familiarity.
• Organized, dependable, and professional.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and work with a team.
• Desire to grow and build a long-term career.
