A company is looking for a Category Buyer / Analyst responsible for supporting the purchasing process within a specific product category.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement activities for assigned product categories, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms
- Conduct market analysis to inform category strategy and manage supplier performance
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably within a specific category or industry
- Strong knowledge of the building material industry to support Supply Chain objectives
