The Project Coordinator
’s key role and responsibility is to support the Project Manager and Project Team from the inception to the completion of a project while ensuring all project/business objectives are met smoothly and efficiently.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Be well organized, punctual, focused self‑motivated, attentive, and always follow through.
- Utilize software interfaces and spreadsheets to track costs, dates, RFI’s, ship schedules and other critical project related items.
- Organize contracts, financial files, reports, invoices and perform project related administration duties such as monitoring and maintaining project schedules, status reports, manpower, shipping/receiving logistics.
- Make sure that both internal and external stakeholders are on the same page and speaking the same language. High level of coordination with the Project Manager and the Field OP’s is a must.
- Ensure your part of the project stays on target ensuring client satisfaction and team cohesion.
- Liaison with and support the safety team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or other education
- Strong organizational skills including multi‑tasking and time management while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software, strong competency of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment, working both collaboratively and with a high degree of autonomy.
- A commitment and desire to make a positive social and environmental impact on the world.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working commercial electrical field
- Driver’s License:
The position may require some occasional travel particularly for on‑site field training and opportunities to attend industry conferences and events
Compensation and Benefits
- Full time salaried - $55k to $65k
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance.
