Acquisition Analyst (REMOTE)
Full Time Regular Professional.
Agency:
National Park Service.
Status:
Exempt.
The Acquisition Analyst provides acquisition support to departmental leadership and serves as liaison and advisor to the division.
Essential Functions- Provide quality assurance of Procurement Request (PR) packages in all stages of the PR process; identify and assist in resolving issues with responsible parties to ensure progress is being made
- Assist in the budget development process to capture all funded and unfunded requirements and identify opportunities for streamlining contract actions.
- Assist in the preparation of PR packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO).
- Ability to manage all tasks and schedules to ensure activities are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- DAU
BA/BS or higher in Business, Finance, or other related disciplines.
ExperienceRequires 5 years of experience providing acquisition support services.
