Lead and govern the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Financial, and Management Business Reviews, ensuring alignment across the Operating Unit.
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle teams to develop and maintain a single, integrated business plan that supports strategic and operational objectives.
Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, develop scenario plans, and provide data‑driven recommendations to support executive decision‑making.
Facilitate cross‑functional planning forums to align priorities, resolve constraints, manage competing business needs, and drive timely decision‑making.
Translate long‑range strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and quarterly business commitments into actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes.
Communicate planning assumptions, business implications, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decisions and organizational alignment.
Drive continuous improvement of the IBP process by implementing best practices, standardizing planning methodologies, leveraging analytics, and enhancing planning capabilities.
Influence and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority, fostering accountability, collaboration, and execution across a highly matrixed organization.
Lead through ambiguity by solving complex business challenges, managing interdependencies across demand, supply, portfolio, and financial planning, and balancing competing priorities to optimize business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, OR Advanced degree in technical discipline with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or enterprise supply chain planning
- Broad business and operational planning experience within complex, global organizations
- Experience in medical device, orthopedics, aerospace, automotive, electronics, consumer products, or other highly regulated industries
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong facilitation, analytical, executive communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrates expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) within complex, global organizations, with a strong focus on cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement of planning processes.
