- Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, answering questions, handling phones, data entry, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking, in person locker room presence and communications, office inventory, organization and assistance.
- Daily payroll audits, tracking updates, records updates, corrections.
- Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations including but not limited to Support Staff, Private Lessons, Training, Special Programs, Locker Rooms, Nordic etc with operational needs, including staff resource organization, nametags, reports, epic promise events, resort events and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational and workplace communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) with guests, staff, and leadership
- Prior Admin Experience
- Ski and Ride School experience
- Working knowledge of systems such as Pro Connect, Coupa, MyEmma, Squarespace, Workday
- High School Diploma
The expected pay range is $20.74/hr - $25.4/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
