Project Manager – Residential (2 Openings) Onsite | Denver (Territory: South Denver / Castle Rock / Colorado Springs)

Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled Project Managers to join one of our valued client partners. Hire Now Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this field-driven residential construction leadership role.

This position requires a hands‑on operator who thrives in the field, owns projects end‑to‑end, and builds strong relationships with homeowners and subcontractors.

• Own residential projects from contract execution through final completion
• Coordinate schedules between homeowners and subcontractors to maintain timelines
• Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractor relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare clients for project kickoff, setting expectations and timelines
• Maintain organized documentation across all project elements
• Proactively resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Spend the majority of time in the field overseeing active job sites

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades (required)
• Proven client‑facing experience with strong customer service skills
• Experience managing subcontractors or vendors directly
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, changing environments
• Self‑managed with high accountability and ownership
• Stable and consistent employment history

• Residential construction experience (preferred over commercial)
• Background in skilled trades (roofing, siding, HVAC, flooring, etc.)
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Familiarity with project documentation or field tools (e.g., Company Cam)
• Exposure to estimating tools or cost tracking systems

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• No construction or skilled trades project management experience
• Lack of customer‑facing or relationship management skills
• Preference for desk‑based roles with minimal field involvement
• Need for heavy structure or micromanagement
• Inability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously

• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base (OTE ~$100K+, top performers ~$130K+)
• Location: Onsite in Denver (South Denver / Castle Rock / Colorado Springs territory)
