Cybake appoints Martin Coyle as Customer Success Director
Cybake, a bakery ERP software provider, has appointed Martin Coyle as Customer Success Director.
Martin joined Cybake in 2009 as a sales manager and was appointed Director of Commercial Operations in 2012. He returned to the company’s York headquarters from a twelve-month secondment to Cybake’s North America division based in Arvada, Colorado.
During this time, he helped establish a new sales team, implemented Cybake in some of the company’s larger US and Canadian customers, and gained insight into the North American baking industry.
In his new role, Martin will continue to focus on implementation, helping Cybake users get the maximum benefit from their solutions. He will also oversee the company’s customer support team.
