Part Time Customer Service Representative – Molly McGill State Farm Agency

Are you someone who genuinely loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We're a growing State Farm agency in Arvada looking for a reliable, personable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a part time role with real growth potential; we're looking for someone who wants to eventually become licensed and grow with us long term.

• Be the friendly first point of contact for walk-ins and inbound calls
• Handle customer questions, policy inquiries, and route complex needs to the right team member
• Support daily office operations and keep things running smoothly
• Cover phones and front desk from 12pm–5pm Monday through Friday
• Work toward obtaining your insurance license (we'll support you in this)

• Reliable, punctual, and professional — this is non-negotiable
• Warm, clear communicator — on the phone and in person
• Organized and able to juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Interest in growing into a licensed role

• Consistent part time hours — 11 AM to 5pm, Monday through Thursday (25 hrs/week) (can be flexible with days/times)
