Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time in Arvada, CO
Compensation $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. This role is an in‑person position.
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
- Confidence in selling on service, value, and trust, not just lowest price.
