Member Assist Cart Attendant

In the member assist – cart attendant role you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and making sure there are carts ready and available.

Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pick‑up time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternative options; ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pick‑up; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company's products and services. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, processing payments, utilizing cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, promoting products, organizing and maintaining availability of carts, assisting members with transportation, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics, complete work assignments, collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify priorities, drive improvements, and adapt to change.
