Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Arvada, CO. • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent two-day workweek with no evenings beyond Thursday and no weekend commitments.

• Provide preventive and high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

• Competitive pay of $55–$66 per hour
• Consistent part-time schedule

• Current Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
