Job Title: Assistant/Associate Professor of Counseling (Full Time, Tenure Track)

Reports To: Academic Dean

Location: On-campus

Pay: $65,000 – $95,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate will be based upon prior experience, skill level, tenure track status, and budget.

Denver Seminary invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Counseling Division. As a faculty member in the Counseling Division, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of professional counselors by:

• Delivering high-impact teaching (18 credit hours per academic year) in graduate-level courses.
• Mentoring students holistically—academically, professionally, and spiritually.
• Contributing to scholarship through research, writing, and conference presentations.
• Integrating faith and counseling practice in a way that prepares students for real-world impact.
• Serving the Seminary community through committee work, accreditation support, and faculty collaboration.
