What You'll Do:
* Plan engaging educational activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning
* Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for children
* Maintain a welcoming classroom environment
* Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments
* Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies
* Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement

We're Looking For:
* Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators
* Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required)
* Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare
* Flexibility and passion for teaching young children
* Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
