What You'll Do:

* Support lead teachers by assisting with activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning across all preschool age ranges

* Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for children

* Maintain a welcoming and nurturing classroom environment

* Assist with child assessments and daily routines

* Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies

* Collaborate with teachers and leadership for continuous improvement

We're Looking For:

* Enthusiastic, nurturing, growth-minded educators

* Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare

* CPR and CDA Certification (preferred)

* Flexibility and passion for teaching young children

* Must pass Colorado Background Check & Trails
