Your role won’t involve overseeing 30 desks or adhering to district‑mandated lesson plans. Instead, you’ll mentor small cohorts of self‑motivated students eager to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more thoroughly, and take ownership of their academic journey.

Teaching credentials are not necessary. Exceptional performance is essential.

• Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, one‑on‑one engagement—no traditional lectures, only effective peer‑style mentorship.
• Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression.
• Facilitating small‑group sessions centered on essential life competencies, leadership development, and practical success frameworks.
• Assisting students in identifying their core talents and broadening their aspirations via tailored development roadmaps.
• Providing input to enhance Alpha’s educational approach through data analysis, observations, and innovative recommendations.

Cultivating enthusiasm for learning in young students while they achieve 2x accelerated progress through AI integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Verifiable track record of high performance (e.g., top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.).
• Three years’ experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. Consult  for more details on this topic.
