Vail Resorts is hiring seasonal ski instructors for the 2026/2027 winter season in Colorado. Starting wages range from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, depending on experience and teaching qualifications. Responsibilities include teaching group and private lessons, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a safe learning environment. Candidates must have at least a PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent and be comfortable working with guests of all ages.
