Position Overview
The Tonic Method Studio Lead is a part‑time role combining teaching, studio management, and leadership. The Studio Lead supports the studio’s high‑intensity Pilates experience, mentors instructors, and maintains studio quality and operations.
Responsibilities- Teach ten Pilates classes per week.
- Manage studio schedule, instructor substitutions, and daily operations.
- Oversee studio cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance.
- Lead the Master Trainer team and onboard new instructors.
- Execute local marketing strategies and manage client milestones.
- Coordinate with Customer Service & Studio Manager and Senior Master Trainer on studio matters.
- Participate in manual updates and substitute classes when necessary.
- Assist in opening new studios when available.
- Certified Tonic Method Instructor (required).
- Experience teaching Pilates and managing studio operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible administrative hours during business hours.
- Experience with Google Docs/Forms is a plus.
