Experience the best office in the world teaching snow sports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

• Starting wage: $20/hr (pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives)

• Teach group and private lessons
• Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
• Deliver world‑class guest service
• Create a safe and fun learning environment
• Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have strong comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
• Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended periods of time
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards

Submission of a parental consent form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate.
