Part-time Technical Collections and Communications; TCC Field Service Representative

Technical Collections and Communications (TCC) Field Service Representative – Part Time (PT)

• Assist with equipment installation, system configuration and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot systems, identify problems and write reports.
• Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment, technical capabilities and employment TTPs for Tactical Advanced Sensors (TAS).
• Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) for employing TAS devices.
• Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
• Coordinate with NW headquarters for specialized program support.
• Provide technical expertise and operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
• Conduct research and develop best practices.

• Active Top Secret/Sci clearance; retired or former Special Operations soldier.
• Minimum 5 years of U.S. military experience in a similar capacity with recent combat experience.
• Experience with technical information collection equipment supporting SOCCENT/CENTCOM objectives.
• Proficiency with web-based applications (Microsoft Office, Windows, Osprey, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets & Trips, Map Printability).
• Ability to travel independently and operate without supervision.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products.
• Time‑management skills and ability to establish realistic deadlines.
• Physical capability to carry a 35‑pound load without assistance.
• Ready to perform CONUS and OCONUS travel as required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Leadership skills and the ability to interact effectively with management, customers and employees.
• Familiarity with fabrication techniques such as metal work, fiber‑glass, additive/subtractive manufacturing and CNC software.

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) preferred.

• Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Ongoing travel to OCONUS is required; the position will alternate 90 days on and 90 days off in the SOCCENT/CENTCOM AOR.
