About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Intern to join our fast‑paced engineering team. You will gain hands‑on experience ensuring that our products are built to the highest industry standards for reliability, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Quality Engineering in completing tasks to ensure production and process control activities comply with the company quality system and international regulations governing medical device manufacturing and distribution.
  • Collect and analyze data for use by Quality Engineering in evaluating non‑conforming products, product disposition, and CAPA to address quality issues.
  • Assist in general procedure updates required as part of process improvements and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System.
  • Collaborate across functional lines to support department and company objectives.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as flowcharts, statistical data analysis, and mathematical reasoning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment and tolerate chemical odors.
  • Ability to work in a lab environment and tolerate the smell and sight of blood.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or another technical degree (computer science, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.). Must have completed junior year. Minimum GPA 3.0.

Experience

Any experience working with a medical device manufacturer, including FDA regulations and ISO 13485, is desirable.
