We are looking for an Engineering Designer to join our team in Denver, CO, working on meaningful landmark projects in the Colorado region.
Salary Range: $33.00 to $53.00 hourly.
Responsibilities- Take plans from conceptual design to final.
- Prepare and process maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects.
Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works, plus a BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years.
Experience should include:
- Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final.
- Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects.
- Grading.
- Utilities and drainage.
- Earthwork evaluations.
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience (required).
- Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the State of Colorado (a plus).
- Good driving record (must).
- Additional compensation offered with bonus potential.
