Design Engineer

KT Engineering is a close-knit, nimble team handling high-profile, large-scale residential and commercial site development projects throughout the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for a Civil Design Engineer who wants to be involved in every stage of the project from start to finish.

Because we're a small firm, you won't spend years designing only one piece of a project. Instead, you'll gain experience across the entire land development process - from field survey and design through permitting and construction. Working alongside our in-house survey team, you'll gain a practical understanding of how design decisions affect construction in the field.

• Field to Finish:
  Collaborate directly with our field surveyors to gather site data, then dive into the design using Autodesk Civil 3D to build out grading, utility networks, site layouts and plats.
• See It Built:
  Work side-by-side with Project Managers through the agency approval process, and coordinate directly with our construction staking crews and contractors on-site to ensure your design is built as intended.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Civil Engineering.

  Skills:
  
  Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and land development design workflows.
