Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong Mechanical Design background to lead engineering projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on Autodesk Revit experience along with expertise in mechanical design, project planning, stakeholder management, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and review 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit
  .
• Conduct design, model, and milestone reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, changes, resources, and schedules.
• Support effort estimation, budget tracking, and project reporting.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and provide regular project status updates.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of mechanical design experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on Autodesk Revit experience.
• Strong 3D modeling and 2D drafting skills.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerance stack‑up analysis
  .
• Experience with DFMA, material selection, BOMs, and engineering documentation
  .
• Knowledge of ASME, ISO, and ANSI standards.
• Experience with PLM/PDM and configuration/change management
  .
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or equivalent tools
  .
• Strong project planning, scheduling, resource, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
