Project Engineer, Estimator

You’ll partner closely with Project Management and Sales while developing your skills in estimating, scheduling, BIM, and project delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Draft proposals, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Support estimating, takeoffs, vendor quotes, and bid packages
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and jobsite quality
• Track financials, labor forecasting, and billing
• Drive closeout efforts (O&Ms, commissioning, as-builts, warranties)
• Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

What we’re looking for:

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Mechanical preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; exposure to tools like JDE, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, etc.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a team-based environment
