Asan Electrical Systems Engineer ,you'llembark on a dynamic journey, working with business development and program management teamsto shape multiple satellite missions simultaneously, each boasting a unique multi-payload configuration. Your role will transcend boundaries as you collaborate seamlessly across various teams, including program management,systems engineering,discipline engineering, and AI&T.

In this role,you'llnot only contribute to the success of our satellite missions but alsohave the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team, fostering innovation and driving impactful solutions in the ever-evolving space industry.

Mission Objectives

• Technical lead for electrical system design andsubsystemprocurements
• Create andmaintainelectrical architecturescollaboratingwithinternalteams and our customers tomeet mission requirements
• Perform system optimizationtradesanalyzingsystem performanceandmaintainingtechnical budgets
• Engage closely with internal teams and customers to craft and manage systemspecificationsand verification techniques, ensuring alignment with ambiguous customer requirements.
• Provide supporttoprogram management and product management, serving as a liaison with customers ensuring smooth program execution.
• Conduct inspections and reviews of engineering documents and hardware.
• Extendyourexpertiseto support test planning and activelyparticipatein the integration and test campaigns at our spacecraft manufacturer's site, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.

Mission Mandates

• Active Top Secret  clearance isrequiredwith the ability to obtain
  
  Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a DoD or Intelligence Community Top Secret background investigation with at least 3 years of eligibilityremainingor CE status; and SCI eligibility with current experience in SCI programs and/or Special Access Programs
• Mus be a US Citizen

• You have5+ years of experience asan Electrical Engineer with detailedknowledgeof spacecraft electrical architectures
• PragmaticEMIand RFtesting experience preferred
