Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent

Base wage of $18 per hour. Seasonal stipend of $3 per hour from July 15th to December 15th, increasing pay to $21 per hour. Monthly performance bonuses may bring earnings up to $28 per hour during the season.

• Assist customers in understanding their coverage and selecting appropriate products and services.
• Provide full‑life‑cycle customer service and sales, handling inbound calls and making outbound follow‑up calls.
• Respond to inquiries with compassion, active listening, and efficient solution selection.
• Identify additional customer needs and assist in upgrading products or services.

• Valid health insurance license in the candidate’s state of residence.
• Minimum six months of sales experience.
• Adherence to HIPAA privacy guidelines.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High‑speed internet connection (>25 Mbps).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• All license fees covered by TTEC.
• Guaranteed hourly wage plus monthly performance bonus opportunities.
