We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our quickly growing Audio Visual Production team. Prior experience in a similar role is not required, but nice to have. About the Position:

As a Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in day-to-day operations, and work as a general go-between of all departments. This position requires exceptional communication & organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with poise and efficiency. This position requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally for up to 50% of the role

Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: coordinate between various stakeholders including the production team, creative team, client’s communication and marketing and presenters
  • Coordination:
    Assist in coordinating various aspects of production in tandem with the greater production team. Liaise with different departments, clients, and vendor partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Schedule Management:
    Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules, rehearsal schedules, run of show, and any/all other elements of the project Event Book as required. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. Work in tandem with the internal team on booking crew.
  • On Site:
    Travel on site to productions of all sizes, interface with the team, communicate details, support the team leads, distribute information, jump in to support various aspects of the production.
  • Travel Management:
    Book travel arrangements for crew members as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • General:
    Ability to manage content & media assets, support technical streaming/broadcast platforms, organize vendor & 1099 invoicing, and other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Awareness of corporate and association events
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Tech-savvy & proficient in modern digital ecosystem
  • Final candidates will be subject to background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Open to remote candidates, but those located in the Denver, Colorado area with the ability to work in a hybrid environment 3 days a week at our Arvada office are a big plus!

Compensation: The annual starting salary for this position is $58,000 with advancement opportunities. Final offers are commensurate with prior experience, your specific skill set, and may vary from the amount above.
