Led by an experienced CFO, the business is now focused on institutionalizing its finance function and building scalable infrastructure to support its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance a fully integrated financial model (P& L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Lead rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
• Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business
• Analyzeecommerce andDTC performance drivers including:
  • Traffic sources
  • Conversion rates
  • Product mix
  • Average order value
• Deliver insights that directly influence commercial and operational decisions
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and performance tracking
• Help build scalable finance processes and reporting infrastructure

Candidate Profile:

• Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or high-growth Strategic Finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability (must be highly hands‑on)
• Deep curiosity for data, KPIs, and commercial performance drivers
• Experience in ecommerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses essential
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous, scaling environments
• Strong communicator with ability to influence across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
