* Job Summary:

** The Financial Analyst is a key member of Eldora’s Finance and Accounting department, reporting to the Finance Director.  The position is primarily responsible for overseeing financial processes in support of ongoing operations and may also assist in supporting various accounting processes.  This position helps to coordinate the annual budget, forecasting, monthly close/reporting, inventory control, capital planning, reporting, and is responsible for ad-hoc analysis.  

The ideal candidate is motivated, self-directed, and comfortable presenting and collaborating with employees at all levels of the company.
** Financial Support & Oversight:
*** Prepare, Review, and Distribute monthly P&L reports
* Collaborate with Budget Owners on review and analysis of results
* Prepare weekly consolidated reporting package for Resort Leadership Team and Resort Management Team, including commentary and analysis
* Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly financial results for meetings with parent company
* Facilitate annual planning and budget process
* Support and train staff in company financial and accounting systems and procedures
* Develop and improve financial reporting tools and processes
* Analyze variances from forecasted plans, report results, and recommend solutions
* Provide analytical support for annual plan reviews, target setting, and other initiatives
* Support Capital planning, reporting, and variance analysis
** Accounting & A/P:
*** Sort mail and redistribute/process accordingly
* Support invoice flow to accounts payable department
* Administer training and local user setup in Accounts Payable platform (Coupa)
* Assist with vendor/supplier onboarding
* Track expense reporting accuracy and process reimbursement activity
* Manage & process out of pocket reimbursements
* Support resort purchasing guidelines and internal audit procedures
* Provide ad-hoc expense analysis and reporting
