Director of Finance & Corporate Compliance

Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives wearing multiple hats? Our client is seeking a Director of Finance & Corporate Compliance to oversee finance operations, payroll, tax compliance, risk management, corporate governance, insurance administration, contracts, banking relationships, and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead payroll operations for 350+ employees, including payroll tax compliance and ACA reporting

+ Oversee tax reporting, audits, financial compliance, and corporate filings

+ Manage insurance programs, risk management, and business continuity efforts

+ Administer contracts, legal documentation, leases, and vendor agreements

+ Oversee banking relationships, debt management, and financing agreements

+ Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, financial planning, growth initiatives, and special projects

+ Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance programs

This role is 100% in office and reports to the Owner of the company. Direct leadership responsibilities and high visibility with executive leadership

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

+ 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, payroll, compliance, or risk management

+ Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, corporate compliance, insurance, contracts, and banking relationships

+ Experience supporting executive leadership and driving strategic business decisions

+ CPA, MBA, or other relevant certifications preferred

+ Manufacturing, industrial, or privately held company experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$140,000-$190,000 base salary
