Our client is seeking a Director of Finance & Corporate Compliance to oversee finance operations, payroll, tax compliance, risk management, corporate governance, insurance administration, contracts, banking relationships, and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for 350+ employees, including payroll tax compliance and ACA reporting
• Oversee tax reporting, audits, financial compliance, and corporate filings
• Manage insurance programs, risk management, and business continuity efforts
• Administer contracts, legal documentation, leases, and vendor agreements
• Oversee banking relationships, debt management, and financing agreements
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, financial planning, growth initiatives, and special projects
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance programs

This role is 100% in office and reports to the Owner of the company. Direct leadership responsibilities and high visibility with executive leadership
