- Support the closeout process for assigned programs
- Collaborate closely with Contract Managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations
- Review, document, and track contracts for accurate closeout
- Coordinate completion of outstanding closeout tasks with assignees
- Analyze and resolve obstacles in contract closeout activities
- Provide guidance and training for contracts and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience with government contracting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Skills to plan, organize, attention to detail, multi-task, prioritize, and execute assigned workload to meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
