If you possess expert experience in international affairs and foreign disclosure, hold a current certification as a Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) within the Department of War, and are ready to leverage your experience as a GS-13/NH-03 FDO to lead your own dedicated foreign disclosure team, the United States Space Force's (USSF) Combat Forces Command (CFC) is looking for you to serve as the Foreign Disclosure Division Chief within the Headquarters Combat Forces Command International Affairs (CFC/IA) team.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who possesses the advanced analytical acumen to comprehend and execute complex international affairs policies, national-level foreign disclosure principles, and technical security cooperation methodologies. Serving as the Foreign Disclosure Division Chief within Headquarters Combat Forces Command International Affairs (CFC/IA), you will lead the planning, formulation, coordination, and implementation of Department of the Air Force (DAF), United States Space Force (USSF), and CFC foreign disclosure policies, focusing specifically on USSF weapon systems, space-focused intelligence, and Allied integration.

This pivotal leadership role requires expert, comprehensive professional knowledge of Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) duties and processes, deep familiarity with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), and a thorough understanding of the DoD and DAF foreign disclosure enterprise structures. The successful candidate must demonstrate extensive experience managing Foreign Visit Requests (FVRs) within the Foreign Visit System (FVS), coordinating the Military Personnel Exchange Program (MPEP) and Foreign Liaison Officer (FLO) program at the Field Command level, and navigating the highly technical aspects of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as they relate to command exemption requests.

Additionally, you must be a consummate communicator, both orally and in writing, capable of briefing senior commanders and government officials on complex disclosure challenges and representing the CFC with technical accuracy at international and interdepartmental conferences and working groups. 1. Expert and comprehensive professional knowledge of the performance of Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) duties, responsibilities and processes. Expert knowledge of National Foreign Disclosure policies and processes, National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), missions, roles, functions, and organizational structures of the DoD and DAF Foreign Disclosure enterprise.
2. Knowledge of wide-ranging International Engagement activities and the processes which support them to include the legal conduct of foreign-US training/exercises as applied within Security Force Assistance, Building Partnerships, and Security Cooperation.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Foreign Visit Requests (FVRs) within the Foreign Visit System (FVS) and the enterprise management of their processing, staffing, approvals/disapprovals, and tracking through completion.
