OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Responsibilities: The group psychotherapist will work within the integrated care team model, participating in outpatient behavioral health practices that emphasize team approaches. The interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). OMH values collaborative relationships across provider levels to deliver high-quality care.

Schedule:

Daytime and evening group leadership roles are available, typically Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Weekend or later evening sessions may also be scheduled. Clinicians focus on providing therapy, with back-office support handling billing, collections, messaging, and other administrative tasks. No on-call responsibilities are required.
