About the Role

Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Arvada, CO. You'll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic success while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment. The role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do
  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
