Job Summary:

At Flat Irons Flex Care, we believe that exceptional care starts with compassionate and dedicated caregivers like you. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to bring individuals full circle with personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed

• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed

• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation

• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic nature
