Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Verify insurance coverage, referrals, and patient demographics
- Complete and update patient registration information accurately
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Route messages and communicate effectively with providers and staff
- Assist patients with appointment‑related questions and requests
- Support urgent medication refill and medical records requests
- Collect and post patient payments and co‑pays
- Maintain accurate daily balancing and payment records
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple providers and clinic locations
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare front desk, medical receptionist, medical office, or dental office experience
- At least 1 year of EMR/EHR experience
- Experience working with a multi-line telephone system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Insurance verification experience
- Medical specialty clinic experience
- Professional and patient-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn

- Schedule consists of 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts within operating hours is required

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
