You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, perform assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations for an assigned group of patients, and may delegate tasks to PCTs and LPNs.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement. CAP requirements must be completed to advance; travel may be required.
