- Monitor and document client behavior and progress
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment
- Transport individuals to programs and appointments
- Entry-level experience in direct care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong patient care and empathy skills
- Effective communication abilities
- First aid knowledge
- Ability to work well within a team
