Hotel Housekeeping
The cabin tells the truth before the host does.
When a guest walks into their cabin after a long travel day, the first thing they do is look around. What they see tells them whether we mean what we say. As Head of Housekeeping, your work — and your team’s — is the answer to that question.
Sundance Trail Ranch is Colorado’s smallest dude ranch — 24 guests max, 8,000 feet up, with 800,000+ acres of Roosevelt National Forest at the gate. Small team, no hierarchy theatre, and the whole crew eats with guests at the long table. No back-of-house culture here — housekeeping isn’t invisible work ’s the first impression of everything we promise. And you’ll lead it.
What’s in it for you:
💰 $18-20/hr + tip pool shared across the team
🏠Live-inprivate on-site housing + three meals a day — the same food our guests eat, all free. Your overhead drops to nearly zero, so almost every dollar you earn stays yours.
🏔 Full ranch life on your days off — riding, hiking, jacuzzi, disc golf, mountains in every direction
📈 Real leadership — you set the standard, build the systems, and train the team that holds them
🗓 Year-round position. Starts ASAP.
What you’ll do:Own guest-ready across the whole property — cabins, lodge rooms, and shared spaces. Lead turnovers and daily refreshes, run supply ordering and inventory, flag maintenance before guests notice, and set the rhythm for the housekeeping team. Hands in the work, not just on the clipboard — including dishes and kitchen resets with the rest of the crew. One standard, everywhere.
Who you are:You take fierce pride in a room someone else will sleep in. You’ve led housekeeping or a small team in hospitality or lodging — or you’re a standout housekeeper ready to step up. You move fast without cutting corners, stay warm when guests cross your path, and hold the standard even when no one’s watching.
Starts ASAP. Open until filled.
