About The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors, to support our growing multi site operations across the United States and Canada. This role manages a diverse requisition load, leads new hire orientation, analyzes onboarding feedback, and partners closely with hiring managers to ensure a strong talent pipeline and exceptional candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Cycle Recruiting
- Manage end to end recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, and professional roles within manufacturing environments.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using best practice recruiting methodologies.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines for high volume or frequently hired roles.
Regional Hiring Support (U.S. & Canada)
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple states and Canadian provinces, adapting strategies to different labor markets and regional needs.
- Advise on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitive insights for each location.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
- Utilize Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Create effective job postings and leverage analytics from sourcing platforms to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking within the ATS/CRM.
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Lead company orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring alignment with company values, policies, and culture.
- Analyze new hire survey results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve onboarding quality and retention.
- Collaborate with cross functional HR partners to enhance the onboarding experience.
Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Partner closely with managers to understand role requirements, selection criteria, and process expectations.
- Provide updates, coaching, and guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience across touchpoints.
- Support employer branding efforts through job fairs, community engagement, and online presence.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain adherence to all U.S. and Canadian employment laws (EEO, ADA, provincial regulations, etc.).
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in the ATS.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience recruiting across multiple states and at least one Canadian province strongly preferred.
- Hands on experience using Linked In and Indeed for sourcing, job postings, and analytics.
- Experience with Paycom ATS/HRIS is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead orientation or facilitate training sessions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus for Canadian recruitment.
